Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) frequently averts costly and time-consuming trials, allowing disagreeing parties to settle their differences confidentially outside of the courtroom. Dickinson Wright’s construction attorneys understand that clients often prefer an alternative solution to litigation, and we are committed to helping you reach the best possible outcome. Acting as neutral arbitrators and mediators, we provide innovative solutions to complicated situations for those in the construction industry.

Our Team

Members of our construction team have taught both locally and regionally at construction law seminars and they have published numerous articles on construction-related topics, including ADR and all aspects of construction claims. Additionally, our lawyers are recognized by Best Lawyers® for their ADR work.
