Hezi Wang is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York, Michigan and District of Columbia. She serves as Legal Coordinator for the East Asia Practice Group. Hezi is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English and can conduct her legal work in both languages. Given her unique qualifications, she is able to communicate effectively with Chinese and other East Asian clients.
Given the firm's international scope, she frequently engages with Chinese and other East Asian clients involving corporate matters and expansion of their business operations in the United States. Hezi assists in transactions focused on international laws and treaties, including federal regulatory issues involving import, export, commerce, tariffs, and trade, under federal and international treaty law. She interprets laws, rulings and regulations under the watch of the following federal government agencies: US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Treasury, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, Federal Trade Commission, Office of the US Trade Representative, and the US Department of State.

She assists with business immigration matters including: H-1B Specialty Occupation Workers, L-1A/B Intracompany Transferees, TN USMCA Professionals, E-2 Treaty Investors, E-3 Specialty Occupation Workers from Australia, O-1 Extraordinary Ability Workers, P visas for Artists, Athletes and Entertainers, and I-140 and Adjustment of Status applications.
