Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Keith Hagan has joined the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office as a Member.
Keith provides practical tax and commercial advice for cross-border and domestic transactions involving development and infrastructure projects, public M&A, and private equity. He has experience in federal tax incentives, including qualified opportunity funds (QOFs), energy production tax credits, investment tax credits, and qualified small business stock (QSBS). Keith has advised joint ventures, public and private companies, REITs, private equity funds, and venture capital funds, both onshore and offshore, on various issues under Subchapters K and C of the Internal Revenue Code.
Keith is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch.” He serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Law School’s Graduate Tax Program. Keith received his M.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and his LL.M. from the University of Florida.
