Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Angelique Neal has joined the firm’s Ann Arbor office as Of Counsel.
With over 20 years of experience, Angelique’s practice includes all aspects of federal tax law, federal and state tax controversy, and reporting compliance issues with offshore financial accounts and other assets. She represents individuals and business clients, from small businesses to multimillion-dollar corporations, including clients with overseas interests. Prior to entering private practice, Angelique served as a senior trial attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel to the IRS and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice.
Angelique is a member of the American Bar Association’s Taxation Section, the Michigan Women’s Tax Association, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the State Bar of Michigan’s Taxation Section, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.
