Kevin W. DeHart provides counsel to business entities and individuals in corporate, real estate and energy transactions. His clients include both public and private companies ranging from individually owned businesses to large corporations. Kevin also has a deep background in representing clients active in the oil and gas and mining industries on a variety of matters from the leasing and acquisition of rights through the production, processing, transportation and sale of oil, gas and minerals.
