Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Kevin W. DeHart has joined the firm’s Nashville office as Of Counsel.
Mr. DeHart provides counsel to business entities and individuals in corporate, real estate and energy transactions. He regularly advises clients on buy and sell side M&A transactions, business risk mitigation, corporate governance, large-scale commercial real estate development, and business and corporate formation. His clients include both public and private companies ranging from individually-owned entities to large corporations.
Mr. DeHart is admitted to practice in the states of West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma. He received his B.S. from West Virginia University and his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.
