Jacob White, an attorney in the Nashville office, is a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities division. Jacob works closely with colleagues to serve clients in a wide range of industries including alcoholic beverages and cannabis, with knowledge and experience in corporate formation and governance, commercial transactions, trademark registration and maintenance, and alcoholic beverage regulatory compliance across several states. Jacob served as a Law Clerk for Dickinson Wright during his final year at Belmont University College of Law.
