Gregory J. Guest

Greg Guest is a corporate attorney with a practice focusing on private, middle-market mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and distressed transactions, supply-chain management and general corporate and commercial law. He has substantial experience with both financial and strategic transactions in the manufacturing, industrial, distribution, transportation & logistics, services, hospitality and technology sectors. He also serves as advisor and general counsel to entrepreneurs, investors, and closely-held businesses with respect to formation, governance, strategic planning, finance, turnaround and out-of-court restructuring, troubled-suppliers, and general commercial and corporate matters.
