Brad Wyatt is a member in the firm's Corporate practice group. Mr. Wyatt regularly advises companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and general contracting. Mr. Wyatt also has extensive experience representing both public and private companies in corporate finance and securities matters and has helped numerous clients secure additional capital through public and private debt and equity financings.

- Represents publically-traded companies in regular ’34 Act filings and compliance , including Annual, Quarterly and Current Reports on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K
- Represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings ranging in size from $10 million to over $100 million
- Represents publically-traded companies in mergers and acquisitions and related filings and registration statements, including representation of private Michigan corporation in acquisition of publically-traded company through reverse merger
- Represents domestic and foreign shareholders in Section 16 compliance, including Form 3, 4 and 5 filings
Private Securities
- Represents issuers in private securities offerings under Regulation D and nonprofit exemptions
- Represents private equity and venture capital funds in fund formation, capital raising, and acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies
- Counsels private equity and venture capital fund managers with regard to securities compliance and registration requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act, Investment Advisors Act and related SEC Rules
