KCRW radio recently interviewed Kathleen Campbell Walker in the podcast, “Stalled TX immigration bill could upend US immigration policies.” Kathleen gives insight into what Texas is trying to do with the Senate Bill 4 law and its purpose. She says, "It is setting a marker down on the issue of federal preemption regarding federal immigration law.
