Timothy Overton Selected as a Nation's Best Honoree by Lawyers of Color

Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Timothy Overton has been selected for inclusion in Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Nation’s Best list in the Southwest Region.
Nation’s Best recognizes exceptional law firm partners and senior-level corporate counsel who have achieved prominence and distinction in their fields and demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession. “I am truly honored to be selected by Lawyers of Color for their Nation’s Best list. This list is filled with such talented and accomplished attorneys who all share the same goal of advancing diversity within the legal profession,” said Timothy.
Mr. Overton is a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office where he litigates commercial claims of all types, including complex insurance coverage and bad faith actions, construction, product liability, and American Indian affairs. He is a member of the National Bar Association, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, the BYU Management Society, the Arizona Black Bar, and the Utah Minority Bar. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Southwest Super Lawyers. Mr. Overton received his B.S. from Humboldt State University and his J.D. from Brigham Young University.
