Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Kenneth Harder has joined the firm’s Austin office as Of Counsel.
Ken is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Immigration and Nationality Law and is a recognized leader in this area. Clients often appreciate his ability to listen carefully to their objectives, identify legal options, and outline a clear strategy to achieve them. He has contributed numerous articles on immigration and nationality law to legal journals and business publications and is a frequent speaker at regional, national, and international immigration law conferences.
Ken is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Martindale-Hubbell, and Who’s Who Legal. He recently received the “President’s Commendation” from the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Canada Texas Chamber of Commerce. Ken received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and both his J.D. and his LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center.
