Ken serves as Of Counsel in the firm’s Reno office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, and he has significant experience assisting clients with contracts, negotiations, business fraud, torts, and construction law. He has experience with employment law, administrative law, and corporate law. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Nevada and was a judicial clerk on the Nebraska Court of Appeals. He previously was a professor at Regent University School of Law and is a nationally recognized scholar in the field on contracts.
