Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Joshua Burgener (Member, Nashville) has been named a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation.
The Nashville Bar Foundation’s Fellows program is a way for the bar to honor its colleagues who have contributed significantly to the community. Fellows are selected by their colleagues and for their interest in community service. “I’m honored to be invited to join the Nashville Bar Foundation as a Fellow and look forward to working with my colleagues to continue the organization’s mission of providing legal education and assistance to the Nashville community,” says Josh.
Josh focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, class action litigation, and real estate litigation. Specifically, he specializes in trade secret and non-compete suits, contract claims, lease disputes, and business torts. Josh is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and the American Constitution Society. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
