Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Allison Jones has joined the firm as a Member.
Allison concentrates her practice on land use and real estate development, commercial real estate, and related matters in Florida and nationally. Her extensive development work has played a defining role in the evolution and character of Central Florida through large-scale projects, including major transportation initiatives, urban high-rise complexes, hotel and resort properties, industrial power logistics centers, office buildings, single-family home and multifamily apartment developments, master-planned communities, and retail power centers. Allison’s practice focuses on the procurement and retention of land use entitlements, including zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, infrastructure finance and development, public-private partnerships (P3s), procurement issues, due diligence, property rights matters, and public and private REITs across all property sectors.
Allison is recognized as a leader in her field by Best Lawyers in America and rated as an AV Preeminent® lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. She received her B.S. in Economics from Florida State University, cum laude, with honors, and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
