Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that David J. Davidson has joined the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office as Of Counsel.
David is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Health Care Law with over 30 years of experience assisting healthcare professionals and businesses. He has been involved in numerous healthcare transactions and has particular experience in healthcare business and corporate law, contracts, organizational documents for medical practices, hospital/medical staff disputes, creation and review of medical staff bylaws, healthcare financing transactions, professional liability issues, patient care issue resolution, and regulatory matters including the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, fraud & abuse, and compliance issues. He previously served as in-house counsel at a large hospital/healthcare system.
David is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Florida Bar Health Law Section. He is recognized as an AV-Preeminent rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. David received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida.
