Zachary is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. He focuses his practice in a wide variety of areas in the commercial and business litigation setting, which includes all aspects of contract and tort litigation, employment disputes, automotive industry litigation, real estate and construction disputes, shareholder and close corporate disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Zachary guides his clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, jury trials, and the appeals process.
Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Zachary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was a Dean's scholar while attending evening classes and simultaneously working in the automotive industry. As an undergraduate at Michigan State University, Zachary was a three-year captain of the Michigan State University rugby team.
