Zachary A. Cooper

Associate

Zachary is an associate in Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office. He maintains a broad litigation practice involving contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency and other corporate commercial litigation matters. He also acts on subrogation matters for commercial property insurers, and regularly handles claims involving construction and infrastructure deficiencies, fire and/or flood losses, insurance coverage disputes, lease disputes and product liability.

Zachary is a graduate of Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he studied Commerce at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and was selected as one of five students for the university’s inaugural BCom/JD dual degree class.

Zachary is passionate about teaching and has worked as an adjunct faculty member at Conestoga College, where he taught business law and applied ethics to senior undergraduate students.
