An attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Columbus office, Sara focuses her practice on commercial real estate, representing lenders, developers and investors of all sizes in their lending, borrowing, leasing, development, investments, capital raises, syndication, commercial contracts, general corporate legal work and acquisitions and divestitures of real estate portfolios and individual properties on both the buy-side and sell-side, through analyzing, negotiating, structuring and executing real estate transaction and development deals locally and throughout the country.
In her prior role as a senior associate with a Columbus-based boutique law firm, Sara helped her clients navigate complex real estate development deals averaging an annual $620 million in acquisition and sales and $625 million in loans and refinances within the space of multifamily, student housing, retail and other commercial developments. Sara also has over a decade of experience in title and survey related matters, as she began her career as a Title Abstractor in the heart of eastern Ohio’s oil and gas lands. This foundation has been beneficial throughout her legal career.
