Nicole Sappingfield is a Member in Dickinson Wright’s Chicago office, where she focuses her practice on a variety of corporate transactions, including private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and commercial transactions. In addition, Nicole has experience advising clients on the negotiation of license agreements, certificates of authorship and other entertainment industry matters. Nicole started her career in Dickinson Wright’s Detroit office and, prior to joining Dickinson Wright’s Chicago office, Nicole worked as an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm.
