Maureen Moody is an Associate in Dickinson Wright’s Litigation group, practicing out of the firm’s Lansing office. Maureen guides her clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation dispute resolution, jury trials, and the appeals process. She has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, and has experience in False Claims Act litigation, breaches of contract and warranty, fiduciary and partnership disputes, business torts, and products liability defense, among others.
Prior to attending law school, Maureen was a congressional aide, working on tax, finance, and other related issues in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
