Manuel Cardona focuses his litigation practice on matters involving general casualty, product and professional liability, and commercial and business litigation. He has successfully handled cases for his clients through all aspects of litigation, including conducting bench trials. He has handled matters in state court, federal court and administrative agencies such as OSHA, the OCRC and the EEOC.

Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Manuel was an associate in the Casualty department of an AmLaw 200 litigation firm where he represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters including products liability, constitutional law, civil rights, personal injury, construction law, labor and employment, and professional liability. He was previously a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, where he represented indigent clients in a variety of civil matters including foreclosures and bankruptcies.

  • Obtained a defense verdict for a school district in a property damage case.
  • Obtained summary judgement for a general contractor who was sued for significant injuries suffered by a contractor at a fracking site.

  • Obtained a finding in favor of an employer in a discrimination charge before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
