An attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Lexington office, Kyle Girouard focuses his practice on commercial litigation and environmental law with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, and environmental due diligence. His experience spans federal and state-level compliance, particularly with the Clean Water Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Kyle comes to the firm from the Kentucky Energy & Environmental Cabinet, where he provided legal counsel on complex, technical cases related to natural resources, air, waste, and water regulation. Prior to his work at the Cabinet, Kyle gained valuable litigation experience as a trial attorney.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys camping, woodworking, volunteering, and relaxing with his wife and two dogs.
