Kevin Everage is an Intellectual Property and Sports & Entertainment attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Las Vegas office. Kevin focuses his practice on patent and trademark law, specifically in litigation and prosecution. Kevin's passion for intellectual property law began as an undergraduate intern for prosthetics research and microbiology laboratories. He then gained invaluable insight into the patent examination process during his tenure as a patent examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Additionally, his experiences as a patent agent for a prominent Las Vegas-based designer and operator of highly-rated data center ecosystems, and as an entrepreneur himself, continue to enrich his practice today.
