Jonah Rappazzo

Associate

Jonah Rappazzo is an associate at Dickinson Wright's Phoenix office. His practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation, insurance, business, and professional liability matters. Leveraging his experience in law and finance, he provides counsel to both business and personal clients on a wide range of complex issues ranging from business formation to multimillion-dollar litigation.

Outside of work, Jonah plays an integral role in his community. He is the on the Board of Directors for Support My Club, a Phoenix-based nonprofit committed to funding vital extracurricular programs in underfunded schools. In his spare time, Jonah can enjoys golfing and rooting for Valley sports teams.

Prominent Assignments

  • Successfully defended custom homebuilder from claim exceeding $1M. Plaintiff received nothing after four-day binding arbitration.
  • Obtained full dismissal of a 13-count FINRA and Securities Fraud Complaint via Motion to Dismiss.
  • First-chaired the complex defense of an insurance broker during a week-long jury trial. Matter resulted in a favorable fault-apportionment verdict with two of three counts dismissed completely via defense verdict.
  • Obtained summary judgment in federal court on multiple §1983 claims brought by inmates against their healthcare providers.
