Jennifer J. Vaquerano

Jennifer Vaquerano is a litigator at Dickinson Wright's Fort Lauderdale office, focusing in complex commercial litigation.  She has experience in dispositive motion briefing, fact and expert discovery, research and analysis of complex legal issues, and class certification briefing.  Jennifer’s practice includes various areas of law including alleged class actions, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, assignments for the benefit of creditor proceedings, avoidance actions, purchase and sale engagements, corporate reorganization, professional liability actions, and construction defect litigation.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law where she received a full tuition scholarship and graduated magna cum laude.  During law school, Jennifer served as the Executive Editor of FSU Law Review. She also was a member of the Cuban-American Bar Association, the Hispanic Law Students Association, and a founding member of the Multicultural Law Students Association.  She also participated in the Gender and Family Justice Clinic with the FSU Public Interest Law Center where she worked to help economically vulnerable women with family law matters and re-enfranchisement.
