Always described as joyful and optimistic, Hilary was an asset to the teams on which she worked. She was smart, dependable, and dedicated, even when work was stressful, which led her to work on a variety of matters across the firm involving privileged licensing, regulatory compliance, and corporate law.
Hilary’s compassion was evident in her role as caregiver for her loved ones, family, and close friends, and extended to the workplace in her commitment to providing clients with detailed work product of the highest standard.
