Griffin is an associate in Dickinson Wright's Toronto office. His practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters for both public and private companies. He has represented clients in different industries on a variety of transactions including private placements of equity and debt securities, public offerings, reverse takeovers and going-public transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Griffin practiced at a boutique corporate and securities firm based in Toronto.
