- Served as special counsel to a billionaire in connection with their acquisition of a hotel and casino.
- Engaged by an industrial products company in connection with a proposed acquisition of a leading innovator of technologies and equipment, including currency and coin-counting machines for casinos.
- Assisted with a 50-state survey of gaming/amusement laws regarding the release of a new online game.
- Reviewed and revised gaming-related information technology agreements supporting the client’s acquisition of four gaming casinos.
- Served as gaming counsel in connection with a controlling stake in a gambling products and services company.
- Engaged by a foreign company for assistance with a proposed investment in a game developer creating skill-based games.
- Providing outside regulatory counsel to a holding company for a hotel and casino on expanding gaming opportunities in other jurisdictions, particularly for the operation of Sports Books using their proprietary name.
- Retained by the government department of a state as a consultant to review and make recommendations on the content of soon-to-be-adopted Sports Wagering Regulations, which would accompany a recently adopted sports wagering law.
