Glenn Richards

A partner in Dickinson Wright’s Washington, D.C. office, Glenn Richards has a distinguished track record in communications law. His practice encompasses a diverse clientele, including VoIP and cloud communications service providers, satellite and wireless carriers, broadcasters, equipment manufacturers, and trade associations. He brings extensive experience in navigating transactional matters and representing clients before regulatory bodies such as the FCC and state public utilities commissions.

In addition to his regulatory work, Glenn is highly regarded for his work in negotiating complex global telecommunications service contracts on behalf of large corporations.
