- Advised a leading global automaker on diverse corporate real estate projects across the United States and Ontario, Canada, encompassing purchase and sale transactions, leasing agreements, entitlements and land use/zoning issues, environmental matters, construction projects, condemnation cases, and real estate litigation.
- Provided legal representation to a client in finalizing a certification of architectural and real estate title matters intended for submission to a United States agency, in relation to a new educational facility.
- Assisted a family office investment fund in marketing and selling a large resort and marina complex, including negotiating the terms of the purchase and sale agreement.
- Supported a national pizza franchise operator in the acquisition of a $20M bakery facility, including negotiating construction contracts and equipment purchase agreements.
