Erica Erman is an attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC, practicing health care law and administrative and regulatory law with a particular interest in behavioral health care and interactions between municipal law and health care law. On the healthcare side, her work includes handling administrative hearings, counseling clients with issues related to HIPAA compliance, Stark and AKS, state licensing, contract drafting, and health care business transactions. Erica has experience in litigating both state and federal False Claims Act cases, has counseled clients with the Parity Act and psychiatric urgent care, and has written multiple articles on emergent case law regarding parity. On the administrative and regulatory side, Erica has experience representing parties in public utility commission proceedings and before the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, she graduated cum laude from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court.
