Dustin Plumadore is a Mergers and Acquisitions and Health Law attorney in Dickinson Wright’s Washington, D.C. office, focusing his practice on healthcare transactional, regulatory, and corporate matters. Dustin’s many years of legal experience and a deep knowledge of health care law allows him to provide his clients with a measurable advantage when navigating transactions and other issues within the complex and highly regulated health care industry.
Dustin has handled a broad range of legal matters, including representing clients in complex healthcare transactions, physician joint ventures, contract drafting, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, and navigating the intricacies of Stark, Anti-Kickback, EKRA, and the Corporate Practice of Medicine. Before joining Dickinson Wright, he led strategic transactional initiatives, overseeing several multi-million dollar acquisitions and divestitures of healthcare practices, networks, and assets.
Earlier in his career, Dustin served as Captain in the U.S. Army's Field Artillery for five years, earning multiple military honors and enhancing his leadership and strategic planning skills.
