Chris provides sophisticated and solution orientated corporate and transactional legal advice for major companies across a wide range of industries including the real estate, automotive, manufacturing, high-tech, lighting, and service industries. He has advised private equity funds and family offices regarding fund formation, structure and securities issues and has acted as counsel to private equity funds, family offices and buy-out companies in numerous acquisitions, restructuring, financing, contracting and divesture transactions. Chris is also instrumental in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on large commercial contract matters, including terms and conditions, supply agreements and joint venture agreements.
