Callie M. Root is a member of Dickinson Wright’s Corporate group, practicing out of the Troy office. She concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and transactional tax matters.
Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Callie worked at a large international law firm, focusing her practice on corporate matters.
