An Associate in Dickinson Wright’s Las Vegas office, Brady Bathke focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and enforcement, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Brady received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, Brady worked as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and served as a staff member of the Nevada Law Journal.
