Andrew Robie is an attorney at Dickinson Wright’s Columbus office, where he focuses his practice on corporate law. He counsels clients on various issues, including business formation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Before earning his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and joining the firm, Andrew gained valuable experience in secondary education and the construction industry. He works closely with colleagues across different practice areas to offer clients seamless and effective legal solutions tailored to various industries.
