Alexander J. Daniel

Associate

Alexander J. Daniel, an associate at Dickinson Wright’s Phoenix office, has dedicated his legal career to civil litigation. Since the beginning of his practice, he has navigated claims from the initial investigation stage to resolution, representing clients in diverse cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, ownership disputes, declaratory relief, coverage disputes, construction defects, and various other commercial disputes.

Alex values open communication, particularly when guiding clients through each step of a case, especially those with limited litigation experience. He emphasizes that achieving a satisfactory result requires major stakeholders to grasp the intricate dynamics at play and understand the potential risks or benefits of different approaches.

Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Alex pursued his academic journey at Arizona State University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications before completing his Juris Doctorate degree in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. As a third-year law student, he led Arizona State University’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team to the final tournament in Washington D.C. His upbringing, education, and commitment make him a valuable asset in the legal arena.
