James Plemmons was recently quoted in an article by The American Lawyer, “Law Firms 'Pull Back' on Hiring Fired Government Lawyers.” He weighs in on the flood of hirable talent and their evaluation by hiring firms. “We’re more conservative when it comes to bringing in folks at any level, and that philosophy hasn't changed. Again, I look at a lot of folks every day that come across my desk and try to see if there might be a need or fit, especially if I like the resume, but that hasn't changed,” states James.
