Lee Petro was recently quoted in the Law360 article, “FCC keeps chin up, but Chevron woes won’t soon fade,” shedding light on the prospected changes to the FCC’s process of drafting new rules and bringing enforcement actions, in light of the recent Supreme Court’s Chevron decision. Lee explains, “Through the combination of essentially delaying the six-year period of commencement from far beyond when the regulation went into effect, plus the decision to eliminate Chevron, I think we're going to see a lot of opportunistic lawsuits.”
