Melissa Waite (Member, Las Vegas) was recently quoted in the Las Vegas Sun article, “Resorts see possibility of marijuana lounges as a dilemma.” Nevada law only allows for the lawful use of marijuana at private residences.
“We don’t have anywhere we can tell them where to use it, we just tell them where they can’t,” Melissa said.
