Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Aaron Ladd has joined the firm’s Denver office as Of Counsel.
Aaron’s practice focuses on water rights planning, adjudications, and transactions. He has experience in Water Court and appeals to the Colorado Supreme Court to obtain, preserve, maximize, and protect valuable water rights. He counsels clients on water transactions including acquisition, sales, analyses, annexation issues, title investigations, easements, and related water contracts and agreements. Aaron represents a wide range of clients including municipalities, groundwater districts, water companies, mining and industrial users, developers, and individuals.
Aaron is recognized as a leader in his field by Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Water Law Section and the Boulder County Bar Association’s Natural Resources/Environmental Section. Aaron received his B.A. from Miami University (of Ohio) and his J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
