Sara Jodka was recently quoted in a Bloomberg Law article, “Reimbursing Delivery Drivers’ Mileage Just Got More Confusing.” Sara advises employers about the recent federal appeals court ruling that has work expense policies to require full reimbursement of all work-related costs. “We’re now just more confused and whenever it happens, normally employees are the ones that suffer as a result of the non-clarity, except for those employers who overcorrect in the opposite way,” she said.
