Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that it has been named a ‘Top Workplace’ by the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces annual ranking. This publication recognized Dickinson Wright as one of the top midsize companies to work for in Michigan.
The rankings are based on the results of a nationwide survey of employee feedback on factors including company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The survey was conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLP, an independent research company specializing in organizational health.
The Top Workplaces Program partners with more than 40 prestigious media partners across the United States to recognize companies for supporting the engagement and development of their workforce. The 2016 survey gathered feedback from 48,009 employees from 209 companies in Michigan.
Results of the survey were published online and in special coverage sections on Nov. 20 in the Detroit Free Press. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists, visit topworkplaces.com.
