Aaron Burrell presented "Employment Law School for Legal Aid Leaders" at the Committee on Regional Training (CORT) and MIE's Supervising Legal Work Training event. Aaron provided a primer on pre-hiring best practices, offer letters, remote working, performance reviews, and post-employment.
