Join Dickinson Wright PLLC and Attorney Elise Levasseur for “DHS Increases Period of STEM OPT (Optional Practical Training): Imposes Additional Requirements on Employers” webinar on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
On March 11, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security published a new rule reauthorizing Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 non-immigrant students with qualifying degrees in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) from accredited U.S. colleges or universities.
